     In addition to beer, wine, and liquor, the Cork 'n' Ale also carries the area's largest selection of home beer and wine making supplies.  Here you will find everything you need to make your own beer or wine, whether you are just starting out or are already an experienced brewer.  For beginners, we offer basic beer and wine making kits that have all the equipment needed to make your first batch of beer or wine-all you need to add are bottles and an ingredient kit and you're ready to go!  We also have a large variety of grains (both packaged and bulk), malts, hops (leaf and pellet), fruit and grape concentrates, and brewing chemicals for those who have their own recipes.  Although we carry a large number of items, there are many more that we can special order, so if you don't see it, please ask!

Brewer's Best Beer Kits

     These high quality kits contain all the ingredients necessary to make five gallons of beer, from the malts and grains down to the bottle caps.  With eighteen kits to choose from, ranging from American Light to Irish Stout, everyone is sure to find something.  Excellent for beginners or as a base for your special recipe.

Corkers, carboys, and barrels

     Next we have a selection of brewing equipment-carboys, barrels, corkers, and buckets.  We offer glass carboys in sizes from one gallon to six and a half gallons, as well as the new Better Bottle plastic carboys.  Corkers are available in a variety of styles ranging from simple hand corkers to the large Italian floor corker pictured.  We carry oak barrels in one, two, and five gallon sizes-others are available by special order.

Fruit and grape concentrates

    Pictured here are some of our fruit and grape concentrates for wine making, as well as our selection of chemicals for beer and wine making.  We also offer fruit essences for flavoring beer or wine, and extracts for making your own sodas at home.
